Every month you will receive a completely new meal plan with a new set of recipes so that you have plenty of variety of food options. This will ensure you enjoy and look forward to each and every meal to make it easy for you to stick to your new healthy way-of-life.
We will monitor your progress every 2 weeks and provide you with an updated meal plan if required in order to keep you on track and meet your goals.
