Pavlova's are a family favourite for many Australia households, especially in the summer and during the Christmas season. Although it is topped with healthy and nutritious seasonal fruit it is usually high in processed added sugars and saturated fat (lots of cream). Our version contains <1 teaspoon of sugar, <1 gram of fat and <80 calories per serve.
You can safely enjoy this delicious dessert guilt-free during the holiday season knowing you sticky to your healthy diet plan.
60 grams egg whites (from 2 eggs)
21 grams Stevia for baking (Natvia)
2 ml vinegar (½ tsp)
10 grams cornflour
1 cup raspberries, frozen, partially defrosted
450 grams Chobani no fat greek yoghurt
1 Tbsp rice malt syrup
