We often feel guilty about eating chocolate because most of the time we eat too much of it. However, if we can learn to eat a little of it regularly and enjoy the experience of eating it.
So we have come up with..
A SIMPLE HEALTHY SWAP FOR THOSE EASTER EGGS...
that will satisfy your chocolate desires but will not break the calorie bank over Easter.
You can enjoy 2-3 of these guilt-free.
Chocolate-dipped strawberry Easter eggs
A little naughty, but definitely nice. A lovely treat for when you are in need of a chocolate hit but do not want to sabotage your healthy lifestyle.
This recipe is so easy and fun! Get your kids involved during the holidays.
500 grams strawberries (about 20), washed and patted dry with paper towel
200 grams Cadbury chocolate melts - white, milk or dark (the choice is yours)
Decorations - crushed nuts, desiccated coconut, sprinkles, molten chocolate in aa piping bag for drawing patterns, etc.
