1. Symmetry (if you have any muscle imbalances you can try and correct them);
2. Body shape (In general, the most attractive female shape is an hourglass figure and the most attractive male shape is an inverted triangle. The most effective way to change your shape toward the ideal is to get leaner, thereby reducing the size of your waist. Unfortunately, this will also reduce the size of your hips/buttocks and chest/bust. To make further adjustments you can focus on developing the muscle bulk in specific areas – upper body in males, lower body in females);
3. Limb size & shape (limb volume/fullness, hardness/tone, and definition/angularity can be influenced by diet and training. But, the reality is that your skeleton dictates what your overall shape will be, and how much muscle your frame can develop and sustain);
There are important caveats regarding aesthetics: there are no rules (unless you plan on competing in body building competitions, or want a career as a fitness model); apart from major surgery, there is nothing you can do about how big or small certain parts of your skeleton are; there are limits to how much muscle you can build in each specific area of your body; there is a limit to the level of leanness you can healthily and easily maintain; and you can’t make yourself look exactly like somebody else.

At Body Sculptors Australia, we believe in NOURISHING YOURSELF from the inside out! Because YOU are worth it. And good health, happiness and confidence comes from within.
Understanding your own nutritional requirements can often be confusing, especially as we age and our hormones change. I am in my 40s, a single mum to a 6yr old daughter, whom has boundless energy and I want to keep up. So I understand how difficult it can be and how time-poor we all are and therefore put ourselves last, especially as parents.
With my experience, I can help you understand your body and what nourishment it needs to feel happy, lighter, & confident in your own skin.
I am also a keen sportswoman, and have extensive knowledge of sports nutrition. So, if you are looking to up your performance to achieve your best, reach out.
