GENERAL WELL-BEING SURVEY
At anytime during the program, please feel free to fill out the General Well-being Survey. This is highly recommended, as it will provide information that helps to optimise your diet, training and recovery (eg. low sex drive can indicate that we need to give you more fat in your meal plan). It will also give you an idea of how your body has improved over time.
