This Body Sculptors Australia (BSA) TastyFitFood Cookbook contains a complete set of tasty recipes for an entire 7-day week to complement your BSA personalised meal plan. Recipes are included for every meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) + 2 snacks per day, and occasionally a dessert.
The personalised meal plan is designed to improve your health by eating nutritious food.
At Body Sculptors Australia, we believe that when you eat, you should not be thinking you are on a diet but that you are enjoying a healthy lifestyle.
We do not believe in fad diets, or restricting food from any of the food groups. Instead, most food can be enjoyed in moderation and you can do this to achieve your body goal, whether is it to lose fat or build muscle.
We do not think healthy has to be boring. In fact, we pride ourselves on developing nutritious recipes that are absolutely delicious. You will wonder why you have not eaten like this your whole life when food tastes this good.
As a general rule, to lose weight at a steady pace of 0.5 kg per week you will need to reduce your caloric intake by 500 calories a day. Females should not go below 1200 calories and males should not go below 1500 calories per day. Any lower than this will cause your body to enter a ‘starvation’ mode and will also not be providing your body with all of the macro- and micro-nutrients it requires for optimal daily functioning. Our fat loss meal plans are in line with these principles.
Once you have lost the desired amount of fat, the next step is to begin a process called ‘reverse dieting’ to eventually settle on a maintenance level of calories that you can sustain your fabulous healthy body at, long-term. Our reverse dieting meal plans involve increasing your calories in a controlled manner over several weeks (may take 5-6 weeks) to establish your maintenance level.

I am able to simplify the science behind the way food fuels the body and mind to provide energy and nutrition needed to achieve optimal health and vitality.
